Sentinel and Fortis Recognized As A Top Managed Services Provider on CRN's MSP 500 List for 2021

Downers Grove, IL, February 18, 2021 – CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Sentinel Technologies and its security subsidiary Fortis to the 2021 Managed Service Provider (MSP) 500 list in the Security 100 category. This popular list identifies North American solution providers that deliver operational efficiencies, IT system improvements, and a higher rate of return on investments for their customers. These accomplished MSPs work tirelessly to guide their customers and create solutions for complex IT issues.

This annual list is divided into three categories: the MSP Pioneer 250 who are focused primarily on the SMB market; the MSP Elite 150, large data center-focused on- and off-premises; and the Managed Security 100 made up of off-premises-focused, cloud-based IT security services.

"This marks the sixth time Sentinel has been included in CRN's MSP 500 list, and we're once again thrilled to be recognized for the wonderful work that our Managed Services team does every single day," said Brian Osborne, Sentinel/Fortis Co-President and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. "Sentinel's mission is to provide innovative solutions that align with the unique business goals of customers across all industries, and our Managed Services plus the Security Operations Center and SIEM services available through Fortis are an essential part of that."

“MSPs are the critical bridge for customers looking to assess, implement and migrate their IT and cloud solutions to drive efficiencies, lower costs and secure your environment,” said Bob Skelley, CEO of The Channel Company. “On behalf of our team at The Channel Company, I want to congratulate the accomplished companies on CRN’s 2020 MSP 500 list and thank them for their commitment to finding innovative solutions that move the IT channel forward.”

“As technology continues to get more granular and organizations take on additional applications and infrastructure solutions, the entire enterprise becomes exceptionally difficult to manage and maintain on a daily basis," explained Ryan Santry, Sentinel/Fortis Vice President of Enterprise Technologies. "Our Managed Services customers understand the value of having a highly certified and experienced team committed 24x7x365 to ensuring optimal network, application, and database performance while keeping your environment and sensitive information secure. Sentinel and Fortis take on those day-to-day tasks so you can focus on achieving goals and fostering business innovation."

The MSP500 list will be featured in the February 2021 issue of CRN and online at
